You and I have the same little round face, due to, let me guess, steroid use because of asthma. Very interesting correlation. So far, as you say, this spring has been good. Knock on wood.
Mine was for allergies. They were adding on to the building I work in, and while they were drilling in the concrete, there was concrete dust EVERYWHERE, and I had a severe allergic reaction.
I had to take prednisone, albuterol and another steroid medication I can't remember the name of, all at once, just so I could make it through the day at work.
I gained over 80-90 lbs in 4.5 months. What's wierd is that while I gained a lot while I was actually on them, when I came off them I gained so much more.
I've lost a little bit, but there is a lot of stubborn weight hanging on. Hopefully all this house/yardwork will shift what light aerobics have been unable to.
